Description

You will manage the execution of complex mid to large-scale projects and programs from design through testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall release lifecycle and deployment processes.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and risks to ensure delivery within approved guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, product managers, and scrum masters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate progress status and technical updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Support mission-critical applications and infrastructure in a 24x7 environment, including after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in program or product management.
• 5-7 years of experience in release management.
• 5-7 years of infrastructure knowledge or managing large-scale data centers.
• Experience with Agile development life cycles and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Gantt charts, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience working with design/build engineers, operations, and architects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for status tracking and presentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
