Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of technical projects from planning through execution and final delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans, communication documents, and resource estimates.
• Lead and coach project team members and contractors, delegating tasks and resolving internal conflicts.
• Manage project budgets, including drafting proposals and recommending necessary changes.
• Conduct project post-mortems to develop best practices and tools for future execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and blockchain technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Over 10 years of experience within the fintech or financial services industry.
