Description

You will manage technical delivery for cloud and IoT initiatives, bridging onsite operations with offshore development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Cloud, Native App, PMO, and System Engineering teams to drive project timelines and milestones.
• Manage offshore development teams by communicating requirements, conducting regular check-ins, and ensuring accountability on deliverables.
• Oversee cloud backend development and IoT deployments, ensuring secure device connectivity and seamless service operation.
• Conduct impact analyses on system changes, performance, and scalability while troubleshooting complex technical roadblocks.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for system configurations, SDLC, release processes, and engineer onboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud backend development using AWS.
• 5+ years of experience deploying and managing IoT solutions.
• Proven experience coordinating onsite and offshore teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in backend technologies including Node.js, Python, and Java.
• Working knowledge of IoT protocols such as MQTT and CoAP.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data security protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical impact analyses and independent troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
