Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of insurance policy administration systems through the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery across Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures.
• Lead project planning by defining effort estimates, roadmaps, and implementation timelines.
• Report project status and communicate risks to customer executives and internal leadership.
• Coach onshore and offshore teams to meet delivery goals and quality standards.
• Collaborate with external teams and vendors to ensure project execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management.
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Hands-on understanding of SDLC processes.
• Technical experience managing Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices environments.
• Experience managing Policy Administration systems.
• Proven ability to lead distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
