Lead cross-functional hardware and software teams through the full project lifecycle in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive architecture discussions, reviews, and deliveries across multiple teams.
• Manage project timelines and identify the critical path to ensure on-time execution.
• Drive hardware and software integration efforts and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Oversee configuration management processes including RRB and CCB.
• Manage issue tracking and reporting for hardware, software, and operations using Looker.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Hands-on experience with firmware and physical layer technologies.
• Strong background in hardware and software integration.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Servo and configuration management tools.
• Experience using Looker for data and issue tracking.
• Expertise in configuration management (RRB/CCB).

• Any graduate degree.
