Own project assets and drive delivery success through risk management and stakeholder communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain essential project assets including plans, status reports, RACI charts, and risk registers.
• Partner with the Project Owner to resolve blockers and coordinate team remediation efforts.
• Anticipate critical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders, the PMO, and IT Leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrable knowledge in project management software, specifically Jira Software.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
