Description

Lead the full implementation lifecycle of the Oracle EPM solution to replace the current planning tool.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM modules.
• Coordinate integration efforts with Oracle EBS R12 to ensure smooth data flows and system compatibility.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with finance and business teams to align EPM capabilities with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, specifically with EPM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in financial or planning-related modules.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to lead transformation projects within financial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
