Description

You manage the full implementation lifecycle of the Oracle EPM solution to replace the current planning tool.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM modules.
• Align EPM capabilities with business requirements by working closely with finance and business teams.
• Coordinate integration efforts involving Oracle EBS R12 to ensure smooth data flows.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Technical Project Management with EPM implementation exposure.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12, specifically in financial or planning modules.
• Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to lead transformation projects within financial systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
