Description

You will lead the full implementation lifecycle of the Oracle EPM solution, managing technical integration and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM modules.
• Ensure alignment between EPM capabilities and business requirements by working with finance and business teams.
• Coordinate integration efforts involving Oracle EBS R12 to maintain smooth data flows.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Technical Project Management with EPM implementation exposure.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12, specifically in financial or planning modules.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to lead transformation projects within financial systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud, Technical Project Management, Oracle EBS R12, and Project Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
