Description

• Experience managing large-scale data center infrastructure projects with multiple dependencies and lifecycle stages (IMAC-D) Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies in deployment and operational processes and implement scalable improvements.

• Experience coordinating workstreams between hardware, software, and operations teams across build, migration, and decommissioning phases. Strong skills in planning, forecasting, observability, and governance of infrastructure programs.

• Familiarity with tools and processes supporting data center lifecycle operations (asset management, CMDB, change management, etc.).

• Project Management certification/training (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Required Skills (5+ Years of Experience)

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, successfully delivering large-scale Data Center Infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change & Decommission) activities across enterprise data center environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading Data Center Deployment, Migration, Expansion, New Site Bring-up, and Decommissioning projects.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Data Center Modernization and Infrastructure Transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, governance, and resource management.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Hardware, Software, Infrastructure Engineering, Network, Operations, and Vendor teams.
• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Lifecycle Management, supporting installation, migration, technology refresh, and operational transitions.
• 5+ years of experience with Asset Management, CMDB, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Infrastructure Governance.
• 5+ years of experience improving deployment workflows, operational processes, automation, and infrastructure delivery efficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Issue Resolution, Dependency Tracking, and Executive Stakeholder Communication.
• 5+ years of experience using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Project Management methodologies to deliver concurrent infrastructure programs.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Operations, Server Deployment, Rack & Stack, Capacity Planning, and Operational Readiness.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
• Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring, Observability, and Operational Analytics.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Automation and Process Standardization.
• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent exper
