Description

Manage large-scale data center infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle, from deployment and migration to decommissioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center deployment, migration, expansion, and new site bring-up initiatives.
• Coordinate workstreams between hardware, software, and operations teams across build and decommissioning phases.
• Implement scalable improvements to identify and resolve inefficiencies in deployment and operational processes.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and governance for concurrent infrastructure programs.
• Manage asset tracking, CMDB integrity, change management, and infrastructure governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management delivering large-scale data center infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change & Decommission) activities.
• 5+ years of experience leading data center modernization and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and executive stakeholder communication.
• 5+ years of experience using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, server deployment, rack and stack, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, observability, and operational analytics.
