Description

Manage end-to-end SAP CRM and ECC projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP CRM and ECC projects end-to-end, coordinating technical and business teams.
• Coordinate UAT, cutover activities, data conversion, and go-live support.
• Align SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) with integration points in SAP SD, FI/CO, and MM.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination to resolve blockers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing SAP CRM and SAP ECC projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP CRM modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Knowledge of SAP SD, FI/CO, and MM integration points.
• Experience leading UAT, cutover planning, data conversion, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
