Description

Lead data-driven AI initiatives and agile delivery for Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Optimisation Programming solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional teams in building scalable, real-time AI frameworks from concept through production.
• Drive technical depth in Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Optimisation Programming.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate technical progress effectively to ensure alignment.
• Oversee agile delivery processes to maintain project velocity and quality.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development using Python and C++.
• Expertise in Deep Learning, Transformers, Optimisation, and Graph Theory (Neo4j/cuGraph).
• Proficiency with AI frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Strong capability in stakeholder management and communication.
• Any Graduate degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Finance domain projects.
