Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software products and networked tooling systems from initial concept through launch and iteration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects by creating detailed plans for launch, testing, and implementation of software and database requirements.
• Translate operational requirements into technical specifications and negotiate project scope with clients.
• Author and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting procedures and system tool guides.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize existing processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyze service performance reviews to share results and resolve systemic issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in operations for a tech company, consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience working directly with engineers to build and launch software products from 0 to 1.
• Proven ability to manage front-end, back-end, and database requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing scaled review workflows or networked tooling systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and strategic resource allocation.
• Proficiency with SQL and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Competency with Visio or Lucid Charts for process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of programming languages including Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• PMI or PMP certification.
