Description

Lead technical project management for digital retail transformation, omnichannel integration, and store operations technology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
• Oversee implementation and upgrades of POS systems, inventory management tools, and workforce scheduling.
• Ensure connectivity between online and offline channels for unified customer journeys.
• Deploy technologies to improve personalization, checkout speed, and loyalty program engagement.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to accelerate deployments and coordinate with vendors and partners.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in technical project management.
• Proven expertise in e-commerce, mobile apps, and retail operations systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and retail analytics platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration tools.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure PCI DSS/GDPR compliance.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
