Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects focused on business enablement, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and other departments to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Drive project planning, execution, and reporting using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, and design thinking workshops to foster innovation and alignment.
  • Coordinate with automation SMEs and technical teams to integrate solutions such as RPA, workflow management, and ERP systems.
  • Monitor project KPIs, risks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards, change management protocols, and documentation practices.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, business users, and technical teams to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement.


 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in technical project management within IT or business enablement environments.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of automation platforms (e.g., Appian, UiPath, ServiceNow), ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft).
  • Exposure to HR, Finance, and other business functions with ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and self-starter mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
