You will lead end-to-end technical projects focused on business enablement, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Drive project planning, execution, and reporting using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate with automation SMEs and technical teams to integrate RPA, workflow management, and ERP systems.
• Monitor project KPIs, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to ensure success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within IT or business enablement environments.
• Strong understanding of automation platforms such as Appian, UiPath, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with ERP systems including Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge of integration tools like Mulesoft.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions across HR and Finance functions.
