Description

Manage technical projects in controlled IT environments and drive Enterprise Architecture maturity.

Responsibilities

• Develop EA standards and principles aligned with organizational state and CMMC requirements.
• Implement repeatable processes for Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) enablement.
• Bridge the gap between technical standards and organizational understanding through clear communication.
• Apply security scanning practices and DevSecOps workflows to the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management.
• Familiarity with controlled IT environments such as NIST, ISO 27001, or PCI.
• Experience working with TOGAF or COBIT Enterprise Architecture practices.
• Direct experience with NIST frameworks.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of SDLC and PMP methodologies.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of how standards, principles, and policies inform organizational structure.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification).
• Hands-on DevSecOps experience using GitHub Advanced Security, Jenkins, SCA, secret-scanning, SAST, or DAST.
