You will drive the coordination and execution of technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage a backlog of approximately 30 high-impact initiatives, framing problems and gathering cross-functional insights for steering committee prioritization.
Collaborate with technical teams to maintain the project roadmap, tracking progress and communicating key updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate efforts across teams, ensuring project information is clear and accessible while escalating risks and blockers.
Assist in creating quarterly win reports for senior leadership, capturing program highlights and outcomes.
Enhance enablement materials for Internal Tools tech teams to improve planning and delivery standards.
Required Skills
5+ years of progressive experience in technical product management, enterprise systems, or internal tool development.
Expertise with Enterprise Systems including Salesforce, Gainsight, Netsuite, and CDP.
Proven ability to translate customer insights into clear team and project goals.
Experience identifying root causes of complex technical issues and defining precise technical requirements.
Familiarity with project management best practices and backlog management.
Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder discussions and provide clear project updates.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
