Description

You will drive the coordination and execution of technical initiatives and internal tool enablement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a backlog of approximately 30 high-impact initiatives, framing problems for steering committee prioritization.
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain the project roadmap, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring project information is clear and escalating risks and blockers.
• Assist in creating quarterly win reports for senior leadership, capturing program highlights and outcomes.
• Enhance enablement materials for Internal Tools tech teams to improve planning and delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical product management, enterprise systems, or internal tool development.
• Expertise with Enterprise Systems including Salesforce, Gainsight, Netsuite, and CDP.
• Proven ability to translate customer insights into clear team and project goals.
• Experience identifying root causes of complex technical issues and defining precise technical requirements.
• Familiarity with project management best practices and backlog management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder discussions and provide clear project updates.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
