Description

Drive system-level validation for high-tech wearable products through the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage product validation efforts and report status through established forums and tools.
• Develop program schedules by identifying critical path items and managing complex dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define test plans, drive execution, and oversee data collection.
• Estimate resource requirements, including personnel and equipment, based on validation scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry and end-to-end hardware development.
• Proven experience in EE testing, including SoC, memory, and high-speed interfaces.
• Technical familiarity with WiFi/BT, SoCs, MCUs, and memory.
• Programming or scripting proficiency in C, Java, Python, or Matlab.
• Ability to develop test strategies, including test plans, test case design, and testing architectures.
• Experience converting large data sets into clear summaries for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools for action tracking, Gantt charts, and critical path visualization.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
