Description

You will own the execution and delivery of complex technical projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee backlog readiness and manage release planning across projects.
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks proactively.
• Manage scope definition, WBS, milestones, and RAID logs.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience orchestrating Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Expertise in utilizing Jira and Rally for task tracking and progress management.
• Proven ability to manage expectations across Tech, Product, Risk, Legal, and Ops groups.
• Strong conflict resolution skills within stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.
