Description

Lead technical teams through the full development lifecycle of web and mobile applications while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system development and implementation from initial requirement gathering through final release.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Agile methodologies to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Write project proposals, cost estimations, and release plans based on client inquiries.
• Manage client interactions, including technical assessments, requirement gathering, and status reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their professional development and performance.

Required Skills

• 4 to 9 years of IT experience in a Technical, Domain, or Module Lead role.
• Technical proficiency in Android, iOS Flutter, MEAN, MERN, Salesforce, PHP, and React Native.
• Experience with AWS, mobile app development, and web architectures.
• Proven track record managing international projects and direct client interaction.
• Experience writing technical documentation including BRD, FRS, use cases, and technical design documents.
• Background working on online marketplaces or bidding platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, PPH, or Guru.
• Strong ability to estimate project costs and technical requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Strong conceptual planning and time management capabilities.
