You will manage multiple software releases and lead program management efforts within the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software releases under strict timelines.
• Oversee web, mobile development, and cloud migration projects.
• Direct production support activities in a live environment.
• Analyze complex technical problems to develop and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in program management for software development.
• Direct experience working in a production support environment.
• Experience managing web and mobile development projects.
• Experience managing cloud migration projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, and Agile Craft.
