Description

You will lead technical project implementation, bridging business requirements with architectural solutions and development execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and perform cost-benefit analysis to determine in-house versus third-party solutions.
• Define project implementation roadmaps, RACI matrices, and communication plans aligned with business milestones.
• Collaborate with Solution and System Architects to develop High-Level and Low-Level Designs, ensuring stakeholder review.
• Manage IT roadmaps, budget forecasts, and funding procurement while prioritizing features in Rally.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, tracking KPIs to ensure alignment between IT and business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or IT delivery.
• Proven ability to work with Product Owners, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and System Architects.
• Experience creating RACI matrices and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Skilled in cost-benefit analysis and defining implementation roadmaps for in-house development.
• Experience with budget forecasting, funding procurement, and IT roadmap alignment.
• Familiarity with Rally for feature creation and work prioritization.
• Ability to define KPIs and manage risk and dependency mitigation plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with systems such as Fuze-SPM, CND, INAM, NSP, IOP, Itential, SevOne, Brix, or Kirke.
• Background in translating business pain points into technical gap analyses.
