Description

Manage the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional bodies of work from ideation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own full sprint execution as a Scrum Master, including planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Define program tenets, analyze performance data, and influence resource allocation.
• Partner with product management, UX design, and vendors to build and launch new products and features.
• Manage technical debt and ensure teams utilize modern engineering practices and tools.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring SLAs, system performance, and root cause analysis for production defects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a similar technical role.
• 3-5 years of project or program management experience working directly with development teams.
• Hands-on experience delivering software using Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and business management teams.
• Experience managing complex lifecycles and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Technical familiarity with Java, Microservices, CI/CD, Cloud technologies, and Mobile technologies.
• Proficiency with RPA tools, QlikView, or Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and launching a new product or service from the ground up.
• Experience managing external-facing production systems.
