Description

You will manage technical infrastructure projects and coordinate between engineering, application, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system deployments including requirements gathering, labor and capital estimation, forecasting, design, and WBS management.
• Build MS Project plans based on resource input for task sequencing and duration.
• Work with engineers to purchase, build, and certify hardware, network connections, and firewall changes.
• Submit change requests using provided tools and follow established change management guidelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, change control processes, and project documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing Datacenter Changes/Upgrades or Hosting Services Deployments.
• Experience with Office Premises Migration/Upgrade or Voice Upgrades/Migrations.
• Knowledge of Security/Firewall Architecture and Workspace Services Deployment Methodologies.
• Understanding of Load Balancing Architecture and Methodologies (Workload Management, WIP, VIP, F4, etc.).
• Understanding of Middleware/Database builds.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and management status reporting.
