Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Data Engineering programs, managing large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile/Scrum execution for AI/ML projects, ensuring timely delivery of model lifecycle components including data ingestion, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement scalable MLOps practices for CI/CD, model governance, observability, and automation.
• Coordinate with cloud/platform teams for infrastructure planning and deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and budgeting while establishing project governance frameworks and KPIs.
• Mentor engineering teams and facilitate stakeholder communication, including executive presentations and solution discussions.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in AI/ML project or program management.
• Hands-on understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, MLOps, and Data Engineering.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle tools, frameworks, and big data ecosystems.
• Strong experience managing distributed, cross-functional technical teams.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and delivery management methodologies.
• Proven ability to define project scope, roadmaps, and execution strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based enterprise solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in large-scale digital transformation programs.
