You will manage software engineering projects and lead offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-performing engineering teams through coaching, hiring, and performance management.
• Implement Scrum practices and manage workflows using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Oversee software development lifecycles using project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience managing offshore teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software development and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Bachelor's degree or any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Java and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Active cloud certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMP certification.
