Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of customer onboarding solutions within a modular SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure systems using XML and Java to meet specific customer requirements.
• Deliver technical solutions in accordance with established project frameworks and timelines.
• Collaborate with Product teams, Subject Matter Experts, Developers, and Quality Assurance to define and implement solutions across multiple environments.
• Provide technical consulting to internal and external stakeholders regarding products and architecture.
• Support the onboarding and training of new colleagues by sharing technical knowledge.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or a comparable role within the IT or SaaS industry.
• Proficiency in Java and XML, including the ability to read Java code and prepare XML configurations.
• Experience working within SaaS environments.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in German.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse international stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture.
