Description

You will lead the execution of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, managing the migration from SAP ECC 6.0. You own the delivery milestones, ensuring alignment between technical, functional, and integration teams. Your work involves tracking progress across workstreams including reporting, master data governance, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track progress across multiple project workstreams, including reporting, integration, master data governance, and billing.
• Coordinate activities between functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across the program to drive successful execution.
• Prepare weekly project status reports, dashboards, and burndown charts, providing regular updates to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between technical and functional teams during implementation phases to maintain delivery momentum.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of core SAP finance processes, including P2P, R2R, Asset Accounting, and Master Data.
• Experience managing complex integration environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA.
