Description

You will provide structure and organizational support for a Life Sciences and Healthcare Generative AI program.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project activities to ensure alignment with program goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and Research organization stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Coordinate milestones and manage communications across cross-functional teams.
• Navigate ambiguous environments and changing priorities to maintain focus on objectives.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive decision-making and stakeholder consensus.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with experience building relationships at all levels.
• Experience coordinating projects and driving milestones to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex concepts.
• Proficiency in creating advanced PowerPoint presentations with data visualization and storytelling.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles within the pharma or biotech sector.
• Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Confluence, or Jira.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
