Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management • Lead end-to-end delivery of GCP infrastructure and cloud transformation projects. • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps. • Manage project budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance processes. • Track and report project progress through dashboards, status reports, and executive reviews. • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards. • Drive Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models. Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, cloud engineering teams, and leadership. • Conduct governance reviews and steering committee meetings. • Manage customer expectations and provide regular project updates. • Drive decision-making and issue resolution during project execution. Team Leadership • Lead cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, platform teams, and infrastructure specialists. • Mentor team members and drive technical excellence. • Conduct resource planning, allocation, utilization, and performance management. • Foster collaboration across global teams and multiple vendors
