Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale data migration and data platform modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, execution, and governance across onshore and offshore teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, migration roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and design gaps, and define mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate informed decision-making by leveraging strong technical depth and understanding of underlying platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Developer or Technical Lead before transitioning to Project/Delivery Management.
• Strong background in data engineering, infrastructure management, and data architecture.
• Proven experience leading data migrations, data platform buildouts, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks, orchestration, and streaming data services.
• Demonstrated ability in technical project/delivery management for complex, large-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning, and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Prior exposure to data modernization or transformation programs.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
