Description

You will lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and manage the migration from SAP ECC 6.0.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track progress across multiple project workstreams, including reporting, integration, master data governance, and billing.
• Coordinate activities between functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to drive successful program execution.
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and burndown charts for leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between technical and functional teams during implementation phases to maintain delivery momentum.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of core SAP finance processes, including P2P, R2R, Asset Accounting, and Master Data.
• Experience managing complex integration environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA.
