Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders.

Manage data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements are addressed.

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in data analytics or data engineering projects.

Strong understanding of data warehousing, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data integration concepts.

Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Understanding of SQL, databases, data modeling, and reporting solutions.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a remote work environment
