Description

Own the delivery of large, cross-organizational programs, ensuring alignment across distributed teams and cloud-based microservices architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex distributed projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Manage program execution and team workflows using Jira, Jira Align, Asana, or Trello.
• Drive sprint ceremonies, track progress, and remove blockers for engineering teams.
• Oversee cloud implementations and technical integrations, including APIs and databases.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver scalable e-commerce or retail solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
• 5+ years of hands-on Program Management experience.
• 4+ years managing complex distributed projects on cloud and Microservices.
• Proven background as a Senior Scrum Master in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong technical understanding of web development, APIs, and databases.
• Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Asana, and Trello.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with Data Integration strategies.
