Description

You will lead end-to-end D365 CE and Power Apps implementations, bridging business requirements with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops to document requirements and design D365 CE business process solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles by building timelines, estimating effort, and tracking milestones in Microsoft Project.
• Define acceptance criteria and partner with engineering teams to ensure features align with requirements.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and orchestrate communications across multiple teams.
• Create detailed project scope documents, functional specifications, and solution design documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience with D365 CE or Power Platform technologies.
• Proven track record of at least two large end-to-end D365 CE or Power Apps Model Driven implementations.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Azure DevOps methodologies.
• Strong understanding of D365 CE configurations and business processes.
• Ability to manage offshore teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data compliance, accessibility, UI/UX, and security standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and estimation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with change management planning for large feature releases.
• Ability to serve as an escalation point during outages and provide guidance to tier 1 support and vendor teams.
