You will lead complex technical projects and digital transformation initiatives within the banking Cards domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical process design and reengineering for digital transformation projects in the Cards sector.
• Apply enterprise design thinking to innovate and enhance technical processes.
• Manage technical projects using Scrum methodology within an Agile environment.
• Conduct technical analysis and model current and future state processes for card-related systems.
• Coordinate with system architects, technical teams, and business units to align technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or business process design.
• Proven experience with digital transformation projects in the banking sector, specifically in Cards (Debit, Credit, Prepaid).
• Track record of technical project implementation in UAE-based banks.
• Expertise in Business Process Reengineering within the Cards domain.
• Proficiency in Agile Project Management and Scrum methodology.
• Strong skills in Technical Process Analysis and modelling.
• Experience applying Enterprise Design Thinking to technical processes.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in technical process management, Scrum, or related technical areas.
