Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate efforts across remote and offshore teams.
• Plan and manage project risks effectively.
• Drive project delivery using Agile and Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in complex IT project management.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Kanban methodologies.
• Experience handling security-focused projects.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
