Description

You will manage technical programs, focusing on engineering concepts, development cycles, and stakeholder communication.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Track functional documentation, engineering sprints, and development cycles using Gantt charts.
• Gather requirements during feature planning and manage status updates for stakeholders.
• Utilize ADO to report progress through Epics, Features, Bugs, and Tasks.
• Identify project timeline risks and present clear solutions to stakeholders.
• Lead discussions to ensure all participants are engaged and included.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management roles.
• Proficiency with ADO for tracking and reporting.
• Experience managing engineering sprints and development cycles.
• Ability to create and manage Gantt charts.
• Strong technical reading and writing skills.
• Proven ability to gather and document feature requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a TPM within an engineering organization.
• Experience working within a Microsoft organization.
• Technical competencies allowing for rapid understanding of engineering output.
