Description

You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from stakeholder requirement gathering to final user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level feature ideas into detailed documentation, including user flows, wireframes, use cases, and SOPs.
• Manage the product roadmap and align development teams with the overall product vision.
• Own task management by writing descriptions, assigning sprint points, and ensuring realistic estimations and resource allocation.
• Facilitate daily standup meetings and manage sprints using ClickUp to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate between UI/UX, Development, and QA teams to resolve blockers and monitor project progress.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Experience managing sprints and task lifecycles within development teams.
• Strong ability to drive teams toward project outcomes and manage workloads under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Availability for consistent communication via Skype and Slack.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
