You will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software projects using open-source service frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute implementation strategies for complex technical systems.
• Determine effort estimates and impact assessments for various technical solutions.
• Influence technical discussions and decisions through deep domain knowledge.
• Coordinate activities across broad teams to achieve collective business goals.
• Manage organizational change and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical project management.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Systems development and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with distributed Unix or Linux-based systems.
• Knowledge of J2EE Application Servers and clustered DB systems.
• Proficiency with source control systems.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, and Lean delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to apply complex technical principles to solve high-level problems.

• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
