Description

You will lead and coordinate the execution of MarTech initiatives, managing proofs of concept, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proofs of Concept for new marketing technologies and capabilities.
• Develop, document, and refine use cases, specifically for Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Lead requirements-gathering processes with stakeholders and map current/future-state business processes.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate updates to all audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven program and project management experience in MarTech or Marketing Operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), marketing automation, and analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager or Project Manager.
