Description

You will lead technical projects and architectural design within the Salesforce and nCino environments to support digital transformation and bank operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects across Salesforce, nCino, and related infrastructure to deliver comprehensive configuration and solution designs.
• Develop and maintain design documents for all solutions centered on or interfacing with nCino.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps, defining architecture, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Partner with IT to ensure data integrations, including Informatica environments, are properly engineered, developed, and documented.
• Mentor less experienced developers and administrators through peer code reviews and solution design consulting.
• Ensure all technical implementations adhere to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLDC) and Information Security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or architectural roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Database Triggers.
• Experience with declarative configurations including Workflows and Process Builder.
• Hands-on expertise with SOQL and SOSL.
• Strong capability in Enterprise Solution Design.
• Proven ability in problem solving and managing complex timelines.
• Knowledge of data integration processes and Informatica environments.
