Description

You will lead technical projects and architectural design within Salesforce and nCino environments to support bank operations. You will own the release pipeline, ensuring adherence to SDLDC and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects across Salesforce, nCino, and related infrastructure to deliver configuration and solution designs.
• Develop and maintain design documents for all solutions centered on or interfacing with nCino.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps, defining architecture, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Partner with IT to ensure data integrations, including Informatica environments, are properly engineered and documented.
• Mentor less experienced developers and administrators through peer code reviews and solution design consulting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or architectural roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Database Triggers.
• Experience with declarative configurations including Workflows and Process Builder.
• Hands-on expertise with SOQL and SOSL.
• Strong capability in Enterprise Solution Design.
• Knowledge of data integration processes and Informatica environments.
