Description

You will oversee data project lifecycles, coordinating day-to-day activities and managing broader program dependencies. You will manage daily scrums, sprint planning, and risk escalation while preparing status reports. Your role requires strong oversight of data development, support, and integration across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment.
• Coordinate project interdependencies and resolve risks across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee data project lifecycles, including development, support, and ETL processes.
• Monitor program health and implement corrective measures for emerging issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management for data projects.
• Strong knowledge of ETL, BI, and Cloud technologies including IICS, Tableau, and GCP.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages: Python, Shell Scripting, and Perl.
• Experience with scheduling and orchestration tools like Control-M.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Business Objects and Hadoop ecosystems.
• Ability to understand data strategy and ecosystem trends.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
• Understanding of AI/ML and GenAI technologies and best practices in data warehousing.
