Description

You will drive execution across multiple concurrent AI-centric initiatives and coordinate globally distributed teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parallel workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups across global time zones to maintain visibility and accountability.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans by collaborating with data engineers, AI/ML scientists, and analysts.
• Track progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies, resolving dependencies and escalating blockers.
• Own the full task lifecycle from planning and execution through to delivery and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-track projects.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, data architecture, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Tableau for creating reports and executive-level dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model lifecycles, and experimentation frameworks.
• Expertise in project tracking tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Practical experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum or SAFe certifications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices.
