Description

Manage complex software projects in a high-volume environment, focusing on stakeholder consensus, process modeling, and technical specification revision. This role requires deep expertise in Medicaid/ACA implementations and large-scale data integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent IT projects valued at $100M+, providing regular risk and status updates to upper management.
  • Guide requirements gathering to define functional and operational needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze and revise flow charts, process models, and technical specifications for IT systems.
  • Coordinate resolution of technical design comments and requirement gaps with business and vendor teams.
  • Supervise staff and manage project lifecycles from design through implementation.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience managing complex IT projects with executive stakeholder interaction.
  • 7+ years (84 months) experience on IT implementations related to the Affordable Care Act (e.g., NYSoH), specifically automated Eligibility/Enrollment (non-Claims).
  • 7+ years (84 months) experience supporting Change Request development involving ACA or Medicaid, including design review and technical requirement definition.
  • 7+ years (84 months) experience analyzing and developing business/operational processes for ACA or Medicaid.
  • 7+ years (84 months) experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions in DB2/Oracle for large-scale data integration.
  • 7+ years (84 months) experience in data interrogation, analysis, and profiling, including executive reporting.
  • 5+ years (60 months) experience managing projects and supervising staff.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, and DB2.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
