Description

Architect and oversee the development of scalable, component-based front-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UI/UX strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and maintain a shared Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
• Drive integration efforts with backend APIs, ensuring clean and performant communication.
• Optimize UI for accessibility (WCAG 2.1), performance, and responsiveness.
• Translate product requirements into technically feasible UI roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in front-end system architecture.
• Expertise in StencilJS and Atomic Design principles.
• Proficiency with CSS and TailwindCSS for utility-first UI development.
• Experience managing project timelines and resource allocation for UI/UX deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Experience acting as a liaison between design, frontend, and backend stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Project Managers and Product Owners roles.
• Ability to work with Gridstack.js for dynamic, drag-and-drop layouts.
